Traditional Dinner Set: Sushi Roll… A Different Take

Continuing the Traditional Dinner Set, the next course was a different take on a sushi roll with a delicately wrapped piece of ginger on the side. Here we have the same components: rice and fish wrapped in seaweed. However, here, instead of the dried seaweed (nori), we have cooked seaweed. Cute, right? The only other thing I remember about this was that I couldn’t fit the whole thing in my mouth and ended up making a couple of funny faces and a large mess.

A different take on sushi!
