Cafeteria Series: Foxy foxy~!

I think it’s only appropriate that my first food post of the cafeteria series is about my first meal in the cafeteria! This is Kitsune Udon (きつねうどん), which translates into “Fox Udon” (Kitsune = Fox). This is a lightly flavored udon that is topped with scallions and deep-fried sweetened tofu, also called aburaage (油揚げ). If I remember correctly, the reason why I picked this lunch was because the name was the easiest to read on the Japanese menu hahaha! What do you guys? Thumbs up or down?

Personally, I’d have to give this one a 3/5 ★★★☆☆
